Registration

Online registration to the conference will open on March 29 until April 27, 2023 (noon, French hour CET). All attendees must register for the conference.

Registration fees by person

Payment

The link to the online payment will be sent after acceptance of your application, and you will receive a confirmation after your payment. The invoice will be sent to you by email via the Azur colloque system.

Cancellations

All requests for cancellation must be received in advance by email. Participants wishing to withdraw might have their fees refunded as follows:

• Cancellation until May 8, 2023: refund of the full fee
• Cancellation after May 8, 2023: no refund
• Cancellation due to COVID-19 positive test until June 23 (a proof will be requested): refund of the full fee
• Cancellation due to French or local government measures related to the COVID-19 until June 23: refund of the full fee

Please note that refunds will be issued only after the conference and may take several months.

Scam warning

As participants manage directly their travel and hotel accommodation, they will not receive any email on this subject from the organising committee. Scam messages are circulating, be vigilant.
